Buttons, notions, or anything sold as a whole item such as but not limited to unopened sewing machines and dress forms may be exchanged or returned for full store credit (less shipping fees). Claims/exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Note: Once an item is opened or used, it is no longer exchangeable/returnable, e.g. packaged notions, sewing machines, dress forms, and others not stated here.
